At Cute Curations, each item is specially made just for you once your order is placed—making every piece truly unique! Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you’ve had a change of mind.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and if something isn’t right due to a manufacturing issue or damage during delivery, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. To process a replacement or refund, we’ll need:

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

There’s no need to return the product—we’ll verify the issue and send out a free replacement or issue a refund, whichever works best for you.


Important Notes

  • Please double-check your size, color, and design selections before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production starts.

  • Minor placement shifts (up to 0.5″) in printed designs are normal and not considered defects.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can offer a reprint at a reduced rate or a partial refund.
